TRAVERSE CITY — A forum will be held to discuss state Proposal 1, which if approved would allow a convention to meet to amend Michigan's constitution.
The session will be held at 7 p.m. tonight in the McGuire Community Room of the Traverse Area District Library's Woodmere branch.
The forum is organized by the League of Women Voters of the Grand Traverse Area.
