TRAVERSE CITY — Baty 35th

Mr. and Mrs. Scott Baty of Traverse City will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary on Monday, July 30, 2012.

Scott Baty of Marshall, Mich., and Jan Glaspie of Royal Oak were married on July 30, 1977, in Lake Orion.

Mr. Baty has been an oil and gas landman for 34 years. Mrs. Baty has worn many "hats" throughout the years, but grandma is her favorite job. The Batys have lived in Traverse City 34 years.

The couple's chidlren are Allison and Nick Hall and Psaira Baty, all of Traverse City. They also have five grandchildren.
