TRAVERSE CITY — The Traverse City Beach Bums put the finishing touches on their training camp roster Tuesday by selecting pitcher Jason Mattila and infielders Albert Gonzalez and Felix Marte in the Frontier League draft .
All three will compete for spots on the team's 24-man roster.
The Beach Bums start workouts this week. The team's annual media day is Thursday.
The Beach Bums took Mattila with the ninth pick in the first round. He went 3-3 with seven saves and a 3.30 ERA in 19 games at North Dakota State University.
