-- — BERNADINE D. “BEA” BURKHOLDER, 90, of Williamsburg, died Thursday morning, June 14, 2012, at Tendercare of Traverse City, with her family by her side.

Funeral services will be held at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home Monday, June 18, at 2 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. The Rev. Geri Litchfield will officiate. Burial will follow at Williamsburg Cemetery, Williamsburg.

Arrangements were made with the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.

ROBERT “BOB” J. HUMES, 74, of Bear Lake, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 16, 2012, at his home.  

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m., with visitation from 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 19, at the Terwilliger Funeral Home, Kaleva.

The Terwilliger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

CAROL LOY KNAPP, 76, of Interlochen, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Munson Medical Center.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, June 18, at the Bennett-Barz Funeral Home in Beulah.

The Bennett-Barz Funeral Home, Beulah, is in charge of arrangements.

REGINA M. NEWPOWER, 94, of Bellaire, died June 15, 2012, at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility, Bellaire.

Visitation will be Monday, June 18, at 10:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m., at the Wolfe-O’Neill Funeral Home, Kalkaska. Her ashes will be interred at Old Calvary Cemetery, Bay City.

Arrangements are by Wolfe-O’Neill Funeral Home.

SYLVESTER ODELL PENNEY, 96, of Elmwood Township, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Munson Hospice House.

A memorial Mass will take place at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, Saturday, June 23, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. A complete obituary will be in a later edition of the Record-Eagle.

The family is being served by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
