Northwestern Michigan College Community Concert Band, July 24 Hull Park (behind Traverse Area District Library) on Boardman Lake, 7 p.m. In case of bad weather, concerts except the Pavilions will be held in the main arena of the Grand Traverse County Civic Center. The Archipelago Project, musical day camp at Traverse City East Jr. High July 21-Aug. 3, weekdays 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Open to middle school level students, entering 6th grade-9th grade, and high school level students 9th or 10th grade-12th grade. Some 9th grade students may get the opportunity to perform with the high school level ensemble.
