GRAWN — Jacob Cabinaw's family is preparing to mark a somber anniversary. On March 31, one year will have slipped by since "Jake" went missing. Family, faith and the heartwarming acts from friends and strangers brought relief during the last year. They hope the next year brings Cabinaw's safe return. Cabinaw, then 31, was last seen the evening of March 31, 2010, in Traverse City in his silver Chevy Malibu. He never returned to his Grawn home.
