TRAVERSE CITY -- Jen Hathaway will sign her letter of intent to play at Grand Rapids Community College on Saturday before the school's clinic at TC West.
Hathaway was the starting center fielder for the Titans last year. As a junior, the left-handed hitter had an on-base percentage over .500 while batting leadoff or at the No. 9 spot in the rotation.
The signing is set for 10:30 a.m. at the high school.
The GRCC softball staff will hold clinics today for pitchers and catchers and Saturday for basic fundamentals. Participants will rotate to a new skill area every 45 minutes.
