bellaire -- An East Jordan man faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct after he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a minor.
Terry Bernadyn, 42, was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in Antrim County. All charges involve a single victim between the ages of 13 and 16, according to court records.
The victim reported to police that Bernadyn had sexual contact with him, including oral and anal intercourse, in November 2008.
A judge could order Bernadyn to undergo tests for venereal disease if they believe the violation involved sexual penetration or exposure to bodily fluids.
