TRAVERSE CITY -- A Frankfort man is charged with criminal sexual conduct.
James Lee Parrotte, 47, is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person between 13 and 15. He hadn't been arrested Thursday morning.
A girl, now 16, allegedly told Michigan State Police she began a sexual relationship with Parrotte in June 2007. Parrotte allegedly admitted the conduct to a trooper, court records show.
