A recipe for an apple pie in Sally Ketchum's Sept. 21 column omitted the oven temperature. The pie can be baked at 350 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes; or bake at 425 degrees for the first 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees for the remainder of the baking time.
