At the Division 3 regional at Falcon Head Golf Club in Big Rapids, Cheboygan qualified for the state finals with a third-place finish.
The Chiefs shot 426 to finish behind Whitehall's 407 and Lakeview's 425.
Grayling was sixth (442), Harbor Springs was seventh (449), Manistee eighth (481) and Glen Lake finished 11th (550).
Harbor Springs' Andrea Shepherd qualified as an individual with a 95. It was a stroke better than Kara Newhouse from Elk Rapids, who was a previous state qualifier.
Cheboygan was led by a 101 from Jaycee Garrow while Holly Needham shot 104, Shelby Stempky had 106 and Alison Granger carded a 115.
Harbor Springs also had a 111 from Cooper Dendel, a 113 from Katie Cwikiel and a 130 from Holly Mathews.
Manistee's low round was McKenzie Majchrzak with 98. Kristen Merkey had 118, Ashley Tiefenthal shot 130 and Aubree Gregorski shot 135.
Glen Lake was paced by a 122 from Lily Christiansen. Lena Cruz had 120, Nancy Binsfeld shot 141 and Molly Binsfeld had 160.
The Division 3 state finals will be next week at Michigan State's Forest Akers West.
