TRAVERSE CITY -- Deputies arrested a Flint man on his sixth drunken-driving offense.
Harold Utley, 45, was charged Tuesday with felony drunken driving after authorities said he drove his snowmobile while intoxicated in the parking lot of Glen's Markets in Traverse City.
Grand Traverse sheriff's deputies arrested him Sunday.
Utley reportedly had an "odor of intoxicants coming from his breath, slurred speech, difficulty following directions, difficulty maintaining his balance," court records show.
Preliminary breath tests showed Utley had a blood-alcohol level above the state's legal limit.
He remains in the Grand Traverse County Jail as he awaits a March 9 preliminary examination.
