NMC hosts career fair today

TRAVERSE CITY -- Traverse City's community college will host its fourth annual career fair today.

Northwestern Michigan College's career fair will be from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Hagerty Center on the college's Great Lakes Campus, 715 E. Front St. in Traverse City. The event is open to NMC students and the public.

More than 500 job-seekers and 60 employers participated last year. The fair is presented in partnership with the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce.

Boyne Resorts, Edward Jones, Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy, Interlochen Center for the Arts and Northwestern Bank are among the nearly 50 employers registered for the career fair.
