Author signs book

Tour Pearl Lake
Benzie County — The Benzie Conservation District will sponsor a Pearl Lake water tour on Saturday, July 14.

Tax relief clinic
East Lansing — Traverse City is one of the stops on a tour by the Michigan State University College of Law Mobile Law Clinic.
Five student clinicians from the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic will be in Traverse City from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 15, at the Traverse Area District Library, 610 Woodmere Ave. The students will help low-income residents with their tax disputes.
Teen reading club
Traverse City — Teens and pre-teens are invited to sign up for Peninsula Community Library's "Own the Night" Teen Summer Reading Club.
