Grayling — The Commission on Aging & Senior Center will host pre-election forums.
Crawford County Millage Proposals will be discussed at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11. Candidates for contested Crawford County races will answer questions at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 17.

Traverse City — The Peninsula Community Library will sponsor two concerts on Thursday, July 12.
Folk duo Gary Brandt and Jackie Davidson will perform "Just a Song at Bedtime" at 11 a.m. for children through grade five. They also will present "Songs Everyone Loves" at 7 p.m.

Traverse City — Paid reservations are needed Thursday, July 12, for the Village at Bay Ridge Book Club's Monday, July 16, luncheon program.

Thompsonville — The Cherry Blossom Ramblers will perform Friday, July 13, as part of Michigan Legacy Art Park's Summer Sounds Concert Series.
