ACME — Deputies arrested a man for breaking into a local shop.
Deputies went to Murdick's Fudge on U.S. 31 in Acme Township early in the morning of Dec. 30 after an alarm was triggered. They found a door to the business had been forced open, but no one was seen nearby.
They followed footprints from the scene and arrested a man, 21, from Cedar.
