TRAVERSE CITY — A city man faces a felony child abuse charge after investigators said he sprayed an infant in the face with scalding water.
Robert A. Floyd, 24, is charged with second-degree child abuse, a 10-year felony. He was arraigned this morning in 86th District Court. The child is being treated at a burn center in Ann Arbor.
