Integrity, not lectures

Stowe saw the light, realizes he's probably not able to be re-elected. In my opinion, it is also time for many other so-called leaders to be tossed out. Fewins was ousted, and now there is less stealing and law breaking within the sheriff's department (making the news at least). The voters spoke well with their current pick. We'll see.

We got rid of the pot smoking judge, fired the cop making threats and shooting his gun down Union Street, all good things. However, we need to get rid of more infected dead wood.

This city/county needs to clean house, first by sending the chief of police packing, along with any other cop who treats the law as if it doesn't apply to cops, eliminate any fire department personnel who continually use work vehicles for personal transportation, everybody in the road commission administration, who are grossly overpaid, along with anyone involved with building the septage plant, and all the good ole boys on the city and county commissions.

Quite a bit more integrity and tons less hypocrisy is what we should be getting from our leaders, not lectures from morally bankrupted individuals who still profess greatness when they abuse their positions.
