Cherry Connection: Bringing Together Festival, Farm, and Fruit. Visit a research farm and orchard in Leelanau County for guided tours, exhibits, cherry product samples, petting zoo, hands-on experiments, kids poster coloring contest and other activities. Take the Cherry Connection Shuttle from the pick up on the west side of the visitor center on Garland Street. The bus is scheduled to leave every half hour from 9:30 a.m. until noon.
