BELLAIRE — A Central Lake man is charged with his fourth drunken driving offense.
Antrim County authorities charged Ricky Alan Byard, 47, with felony drunken driving, interfering with electronic communications and assault or assault and battery.
Antrim County sheriff's deputies arrested Byard last week on suspicion of drunken driving along Pearl Street in Torch Lake Township, court records show. Byard has three prior drunken driving convictions.
He remained in the Antrim County Jail on Monday afternoon.
