THOMPSONVILLE —
Model airplane show to be held Saturday
The Benzie Area Radio Control Club will host its 15th annual model airplane show on Saturday.
The event will be at the Thompsonville Airport on Lindy Road a mile east of M-115 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will feature model fixed wing aircraft and helicopters from flying enthusiasts from throughout northern and mid-Michigan. Featured aircraft will include a twin-engine B-25 bomber with a 10-foot wingspan, a P51 Mustang and the Navy Corsair. The event is free and food and refreshments will be available.
