Kalkaska hypnotist found guilty by jury

KALKASKA — A jury found a physician assistant who hypnotized and sexually assaulted women guilty of two felony counts.

A Kalkaska County jury this morning found Thomas Stetler, owner of Boardman Health and Wellness, guilty of two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Michigan State Police arrested Stetler in September. Police said he sexually assaulted two women who sought hypnosis to break smoking addictions.
