TRAVERSE CITY — A Lake Ann man punched another man outside a Traverse City hotel, then attempted to drive away, police said.
Grand Traverse County authorities this week charged Benjamin Wayne Valley, 28, with aggravated assault and drunken driving. Traverse City police responded early Sunday to a scuffle between Valley and another man in the Holiday Inn parking lot.
Valley allegedly punched a Thompsonville man, 22, then fled in his vehicle. The man was treated at Munson Medical Center for facial injuries.
