TRAVERSE CITY — Deputies arrested a Traverse City man after they said they found marijuana and unauthorized prescription drugs in his backpack.
Authorities charged Dennis Ray Conley Jr., 19, with delivery/manufacture of marijuana and two counts of delivery/manufacture of prescription drugs. All three counts are considered felonies.
Grand Traverse sheriff's deputies last week stopped Conley's vehicle for multiple driving infractions, then allegedly found marijuana, prescription drugs and other drug paraphernalia inside. Conley didn't have a prescription for the drugs, court records show.
