TRAVERSE CITY — A man who police said attacked his brother during an argument over food faces a felony domestic violence charge.
Anthony Richard Flask, 31, of Traverse City, is charged with third-offense domestic violence. He hadn't been arrested as of this morning.
Flask's brother said they argued about how the brother cooked some food on June 28. Flask "came at" his brother, court records show, grabbing him in the chest and neck area.
The action left the brother with "red marks and scratches," deputies said.
