TRAVERSE CITY — A pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle on M-115 near the Benzie-Manistee county line is identified as Thomas Anthony Strong, of Copemish.
Michigan State Police said Strong, 25, was walking east on M-115 near Kurick Road when a car traveling east struck him Monday at 10:05 p.m. Strong died at the scene.
The vehicle was driven by a Mesick teen, 17, who was not identified by police.
The collision remains under investigation.
