BEULAH — A Petoskey man died in a Benzie County traffic crash.
Michael Joseph Esford, 55, was thrown from his vehicle and killed in a crash along Lake Ann Road Tuesday afternoon. Police had previously received calls reporting his erratic driving and said he was believed to be involved in an earlier hit-and-run crash in Grand Traverse County.
The crash remains under investigation.
