TRAVERSE CITY — Deputies are investigating a fatal traffic crash in East Bay Township.
It's believed the crash, which happened on Supply Road near Rennie Lake Road, occurred sometime between late Sunday night and early this morning. A passing driver discovered it today.
The victim, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, is a Kalkaska County woman, 36. She was traveling south on Supply Road when she left the road, went down an embankment and struck a tree.
