TRAVERSE CITY — A Grawn man is accused of repeated sexual assaults on minors.
Grand Traverse County authorities charged Joseph Michael Bailey, 42, with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree CSC. The first-degree CSC charge is punishable by up to life in prison.
Bailey engaged in sexual conduct with a girl, who at the time was 14, on multiple occasions, court records show. He also is accused of inappropriately touching another girl, who was younger than 13 at the time.
