TRAVERSE CITY — Police arrested a man who they said drove a car through a garage door while drunk.
The man, 21, of Traverse City, drove his car through a garage door on High Lake Road near High View Road in East Bay Township about 1 a.m. on Thursday.
A Grand Traverse Sheriff's deputy followed footsteps in the snow and found the man nearby. The man is expected to be charged with leaving the scene of a crash that caused property damage and drunken driving.
