TRAVERSE CITY — A Traverse City man failed to stop at an intersection, a move that prompted his third drunken-driving arrest.
Grand Traverse County authorities charged Steven Joseph Kleiber, 39, with felony drunken driving and driving on a suspended license.
Michigan State Police last week arrested Kleiber after he allegedly failed to stop at an intersection and crossed the center line. Preliminary breath tests showed Kleiber had blood-alcohol levels of 0.17 percent, court records show.
He has two prior drunken-driving convictions in Traverse City.
