TRAVERSE CITY — The Traverse City/Garfield Township Recreation Authority has been asked about the possibility of dog parks — where pets can run off-leash — and has said it supports the idea.
But the group doesn't have the resources to develop a dog park. Brandi Gleason, a primary park supporter, has agreed to be the point person for fundraising and ideas.
