TRAVERSE CITY — A Traverse City woman is accused of a felony drug charge after police said she sold heroin.
Authorities charged Tammy Lynn Virtanen, 47, with delivery/manufacture of less than 50 grams of heroin. The charge is punishable by up to 20 years in prison and/or $25,000.
A Traverse Narcotics Team officer in April witnessed Virtanen sell someone three packets of heroin for $75, court records show.
