TRAVERSE CITY -- Furniture can still be donated to the Father Fred Foundation fall garage sale.
The sale is set for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 12, with money raised going to support the foundation's financial aid to local residents with utility shutoff notices.
Furniture items can be dropped off at the foundation's headquarters, 826 Hastings St. in Traverse City, or can be arranged to be picked up by calling 947-2055, ext. 16.
