TRAVERSE CITY -- Police are investigating a series of burglaries at local businesses.
Three businesses on Traverse City's west side have been broken into since Thursday.
The office at Riverine Apartments on Riverine Drive was broken into overnight Thursday, and a large amount of coins were taken, police said. Sometime over the weekend, someone pried open a door at Northland Computers on 14th Street and took computer accessories.
Overnight Sunday, someone forced open a door at Day Signs on 12th Street and took coins.
It hasn't been determined if the crimes are connected. Anyone with information is asked to contact Traverse City Police at 995-5152 or Silent Observer at 947-TIPS.
