TRAVERSE CITY -- A swine flu vaccine clinic planned for next week is full.
The Grand Traverse County Health Department reports no new appointments can be scheduled for Tuesday's clinic, to be held from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Grand Traverse County Civic Center.
Ninety appointments were made.
County health professionals asked for appointments due to a shortage of vaccine. The target group includes anyone ages 6 months to 24 years old, children younger than 10 who need a second dose and adults ages 25-64 with underlying health conditions.
No walk-in clients will be accepted. Clinics are expected to be more frequent after Dec. 1 as more supply is received, according to the health department.
