KALKASKA -- Police arrested a man after he led officers on a chase.
A Michigan State Police trooper from the Kalkaska Post was on M-72 near the Crawford County line Saturday when he tried to stop a vehicle for speeding. The vehicle wouldn't stop and continued into Crawford County.
A trooper from the Houghton Lake post joined in, and the two troopers were able to "box the vehicle in" and make a stop, according to a statement.
The suspect, 45, of Grayling, struggled with officers as they arrested him. He had a suspended license.
