TRAVERSE CITY -- A Traverse City man faces his sixth drunken driving offense.
Traverse City Police arrested Kenneth Gazley, 49, on Saturday after he passed a vehicle on Union Street, south of State Street. Police said oncoming traffic was present when the suspect passed the other vehicle.
Gazley was charged with felony drunken driving and driving on a suspended license.
He has three prior convictions for operating while intoxicated and two prior convictions for impaired driving. The license plates on his vehicle expired in 2007, police said.
