GREEN OAK TOWNSHIP (AP) -- A 21-year-old woman who authorities say was abducted in Livingston County by her boyfriend has been found along with the man about 190 miles away at a northern Michigan seasonal home.
Police in Green Oak Township say Courtney Beard was abducted Friday night from the parking lot of a restaurant where she worked and found Saturday morning in Antrim County.
Police say Beard was injured and suffering from hypothermia. She was taken to a hospital in Gaylord for emergency treatment.
Police say 23-year-old Brandon Smith was arrested at the home and they were consulting with prosecutors in Livingston and Antrim county on possible charges. Police say they didn't know if he had a lawyer.
Police say the seasonal home was used by Smith's family. ''
