FIFE LAKE — Authorities are searching for a man who disappeared near Fife Lake.
Johnny Wayne Mcleskey, 35, left his residence in Fife Lake on Saturday at about 5 p.m. to go fishing, Grand Traverse sheriff's officials said. He took an inflatable boat and rode his bike to the shores of Fife Lake.
He was reported missing when he did not return home by Sunday at 5 p.m. Authorities found his bike near the lake, but haven't located him or the boat.
