TRAVERSE CITY — A Traverse City man is accused of repeated domestic violence complaints.
Grand Traverse County authorities this week charged Michael Ray Allen, 28, as a habitual offender with felony domestic violence and assault and battery. The domestic violence charge is punishable by up to two years in prison and/or $2,500.
Allen this month assaulted his female roommate and her male friend, court records show. He allegedly punched the woman in the face several times.
