SUTTONS BAY A Suttons Bay man faces a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.
Leelanau County sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher Bayduk, 33, Sunday. Sheriff Mike Oltersdorf said Bayduk sexually assaulted a girl at his home multiple times over the past year. The girl, 15, told her mother, who contacted police.
A preliminary examination is scheduled for May 9.
