Free tickets to Blue Angels open house

TRAVERSE CITY -- Complimentary tickets to the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and Army Golden Knights will be available starting Tuesday.

The National Cherry Festival Airshow Open House takes place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on July 5 at Northwestern Michigan College's Aero Park Campus on Aero Park Drive in Traverse City. The event is a chance to meet the pilots. Tickets will be available at 9 a.m. Tuesday at a festival table located in the Chase Bank courtyard at 250 East Front St. in downtown Traverse City. There are 1,200 tickets available, with a limit of six complimentary passes per person. A ticket is required to attend the open house.
