TRAVERSE CITY -- Art appraisals at Northwestern Michigan College will benefit the Dennos Museum Center.
Local art appraiser Don Butkovich will verbally appraise items from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 17 at the museum at 1701 E. Front St. in Traverse City. Proceeds from a $5 fee per item will benefit the museum's programming fund.
Each person may bring a maximum of two items and reservations are required. Call (231) 995-1573 to reserve a time slot.
The Dennos Museum Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. Admission is $4 for adults, $2 for children and free to museum members.
