TRAVERSE CITY -- Bay Area Transportation Authority board members will hold their second round of interviews for the executive director position.
The BATA board narrowed its search to Scott Sodini and Tom Menzel after interviewing four candidates last month.
Menzel is the former executive director of the National Cherry Festival. He also worked in city government and various corporate positions.
Sodini is a contracted management consultant for Kellogg Wholesale Building Supply in Traverse City. He previously worked for Wayne Wire Cloth Products in Kalkaska and Hillman.
Interviews are open to the public and will be held Monday in the committee room on the second floor of the Governmental Center, 400 Boardman Ave. Sodini will interview at 5:15 p.m., followed by Menzel at 6:45 p.m.
