TRAVERSE CITY — Madeline D. Trent, 91, of Traverse City passed away Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012 at Bortz Health Center. Madeline was born on Nov. 9, 1921 to Jesse and Beatrice (Spicer) Nedry in Holland Township, Mich. She has been a Traverse City resident most of her adult life.
She is survived by her children David (Carol) Garner of Switzerland, Fla,, Nancy (Dale) Reece of Traverse City, Linda Lopez of Traverse City, and Janet (Ted) Bush of St. Johns, Fla. Also surviving are many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2055 Four Mile Road in Traverse City. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday beginning at 4 p.m. until the time of service. Interment Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cherryland Humane Society or the Seventh Day Adventist Church through the Covell Funeral Home, 232 E. State St., Traverse City, MI. 49684.
