TRAVERSE CITY — Raymond A. Bollman Jr., age 57, of Traverse City passed away Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at Munson Medical Center.
He was born December 11, 1954, in Rochester, N.Y., to Raymond and Carol (Barry) Bollman Sr. He graduated from Clawson High School, and attended NMC for pilot training. On February 5, 1992, Raymond married Kathleen Shank in Traverse City.
Raymond enjoyed listening to all types of music and camping whenever possible, even in winter. He was also very handy around the house and was often found "tinkering" with something.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Kathleen; daughters Summer and Alexandra Bollman of San Pedro, Calif.; step children, Shannon (Emmanuel) Techie of Peoria, Ill., and Michael Ruh of Traverse City; three grandchildren, Kyle, Anastasia, and Elliana; and sisters, Catherine (Jim) Pawlowski and Virginia (Kurt) Naville.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents.
A private family service is being planned.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Covell Funeral Home of Traverse City.
