LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Barry B. Ryon was born on Oct. 27, 1963, to Barry and Patricia (Moldenhaur) Ryon in Traverse City, and died June 17, 2012, in Louisville, Ky. Barry was raised in Lewiston and Phoenix, Ariz.
On Dec. 10, 1983, he married the former Mary White, of Phoenix, Ariz., in Traverse City. Together they lived in Traverse City, Benzonia, Phoenix, and currently resided in Louisville, Ky.
Most of Barry's working life was spent in the floor covering industry as an independent carpet and tile installer.
Barry was preceded in death by his father, Barry; sisters, Geraldine and Carmen; grandparents, Frank and Gladys Ryon, and Pete and Geraldine Moldenhaur.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, of Louisville; mother, Patricia, of Bullhead City, Ariz., and Traverse City; brother, Byron, of Louisville; and sister, Bridget, of Kingman, Ariz. Also surviving are stepdaughter, Angie; five grandchildren, Sierra, Nolan, Genavieve, Jewell and Zachary, also residing in Louisville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews in Michigan.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held today, June 22, in Louisville.
