TRAVERSE CITY — For the third straight year, Thirlby Field in Traverse City will host a football state semifinal game.
Next weekend in Division 8 action, Beal City and St. Ignace will meet for a berth at Ford Field in the state title game.
Kickoff at Thirlby field next Saturday is set for 1 p.m.
Both teams enter undefeated. In the final AP poll, Beal City was tied for second while St. Ignace was fourth.
The Aggies advanced with a 49-16 win over Johannesburg-Lewiston in the regional final while the Saints topped North Divkinson 26-20.
