Please take second look

Regarding the proposed CVS pharmacy, I agree the property has been an eyesore for some time.

The clean-up issues with associated costs are a big consideration.

I would ask the city commissioners to cogitate on the following. Are you taking the first opportunity to come your way to resolve this?

I know this may save Traverse City some money down the road, but at what price?

Traverse City will experience more and more of the ubiquitousness that "Anytown USA" offers.

Add the ongoing and unresolved problems of Division and 11th streets, this proposition seems to only add to the problems.

Please take a second look and seek other ideas for this property use.

Surely you can come up with something that will help as opposed to further disrupt the debacle on Division Street and also in keeping with the unique character of Traverse City, our beautiful "City on the Bay" that we who live here so love and cherish.
